Villa Finder is looking for a Social Media Executive with exceptional creative skills! We’re a leading villa distribution company based in Singapore and Bali. Our portfolio of handpicked villas includes over 4,000 properties in Asia, Europe, and the Caribbean. Our concierge team are experts at making our guests’ dreams come true, arranging private yoga classes, finding experienced babysitters, booking restaurant reservations, and crafting special occasions.

Our Marketing team is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Social Media Marketing Executive.

This role is based in our Bali office, reporting to the Head of Marketing in Singapore. Your main responsibility will be to own and execute the creation of Villa Finder’s social media content,driving customers and loyalty.

The Role

Content Creation

Be creative with your ideas in developing engaging social media content for our audiences

Keep an eye on the latest trends and create content that keeps us ahead of the curve

Spend time out of the office shooting content of our beautiful villas

Use Canva and/or Photoshop to create social posts

Use video editing software or in-app software to edit videos

Liaise with content creators and/or influencers and manage the collaboration calendar

Be our go-to guide on the latest cafes/hot spots in Bali and beyond

Brainstorm content ideas that help us stand out from the competition, using insights from customer reviews

Help with the content for Meta ads, creating carousels and videos based on the brief provided

Social Media Management

Managing our social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn to raise brand awareness and gain audience attention

Devising different strategies and approaches for each channel

Community management, responding to requests and enquiries in a timely matter, and engaging with audience

Monitor social media metrics and ROI and analyse social media trends

Preparing social media engagement and activities reports

Staying up to date with the latest social media advertising efforts and goals, especially relevant to our industry

Affiliate marketing

Research and identify content creators or influencers to collaborate with for increased social media presence

Draft contracts for influencers based on agreed terms and conditions

Manage influencer stays by selecting suitable accommodation and ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled

About You

2+ years of experience running brand social media accounts

1+ year of experience working with influencers and managing campaigns

An understanding of the engagement metrics and KPI’s

An eye for photography, composition, design, and what looks good online

Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later

Outstanding proofreading and editing skills (or the desire to use AI tools when needed)

Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise

In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes

Strong organisational and time management skills

Detail orientated and independent

Friendly, passionate about travel and lifestyle, and approachable!
