Job Title

Social Media Content Specialist (English + Finnish) — Remote

Responsibilities

• Moderating and responding to comments across clients\' social channels in their brand voice.
• Writing thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
• Ensuring online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
• Escalating issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
• Becoming a true extension of clients\' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience.

What You Bring to the Table

• Native-level fluency in English and Finnish.
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both English and Finnish.
• Open and available to work any shift, any day, including weekends.
• Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
• Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Knowledge of major social platforms, and comfort with content across tech, retail, food, hospitality, and tourism.
• Organized, reliable, and with excellent customer service instincts.
• Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
• Active Facebook account.

Shifts

• Days: 8 AM – 4 PM North American Central Time
• Evenings: 4 PM – 12 AM North American Central Time
• Overnights: 12 AM – 8 AM North American Central Time

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $16.00 USD. Actual pay within the range will be based on location, experience, knowledge, and skills.
