Description du poste

You join the HR team in Asset and Wealth Management (AWM). You are a member of the Social Relations and Legal Affairs expertise centre at Natixis Investment Managers (NIM) at Global Financial Services. The team, which consists of four social law lawyers and one employee relations officer, manages legal affairs and social relations for companies and integrated economic and social units within the AWM division. She also contributes to the legal definition and supervision of other subsidiaries.

On a daily basis, your mission is to :

  1. Provide advice and expertise on individual and collective aspects to the HR teams (HRD / RRH) and, where appropriate, to business leaders within your perimeter;
  2. Organize, prepare, and participate in meetings of various staff bodies, follow up on expertise, participate in negotiation strategies, draft agreements, organize professional elections, and monitor collective indicators (social balance sheet, BDESE...);
  3. Support HR teams on individual files such as pre-litigation, litigation, disciplinary actions, and departures, including managing litigation procedures, interfacing with consulting firms, and monitoring indicators;
  4. Conduct legal monitoring, analyzing impacts for the company when necessary.

As a Social Law Lawyer, you bring legal expertise in managing individual and collective labour law relations for multiple legal entities, mainly in France and occasionally internationally. You serve as a business partner, providing advice and tailored solutions in a complex environment and contributing to maintaining a positive social dialogue.

You are proficient in :

  • Various staff representative bodies;
  • Standard office tools.

You possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to listen. You are also :

  • Recognized for your analytical, synthesis, and writing skills;
  • Team-oriented and collaborative.

You are fluent in English at B2 level.
