Job Description
You join the HR team in Asset and Wealth Management (AWM). You are a member of the Social Relations and Legal Affairs expertise centre at Natixis Investment Managers (NIM) at Global Financial Services. The team, which consists of four social law lawyers and one employee relations officer, manages legal affairs and social relations for companies and units within AWM. She also contributes to the legal definition and supervision of other subsidiaries.
On a daily basis, your mission is to:
As a Social Law Lawyer, you bring legal expertise in managing labor relations for multiple entities, mainly in France and occasionally internationally. You act as a business partner, providing advice and tailored solutions in a complex environment and fostering good social dialogue.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Ideal candidates have a higher education degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in social law (both individual and collective labor relations), familiarity with staff representative bodies, and proficiency with office tools are required. Excellent relationship skills, strong listening abilities, analytical, synthesis, and writing skills, and team spirit are highly valued. Fluency in English at B2 level is necessary.
