Job Description

You join the HR team in Asset and Wealth Management (AWM). You are part of the Social Relations and Legal Affairs expertise centre at Natixis Investment Managers (NIM) within Global Financial Services. The team, comprising four social law lawyers and one employee relations officer, manages legal affairs and social relations for companies and units within AWM, and contributes to the legal oversight of other subsidiaries.

Your daily responsibilities include:

  1. Providing advice on individual and collective employment matters to HR teams and business leaders within your scope;
  2. Organizing and participating in staff meetings, managing negotiations, drafting agreements, overseeing elections, and monitoring social indicators;
  3. Supporting HR on individual cases such as pre-litigation, litigation, disciplinary actions, and departures, including managing procedures and liaising with consultants;
  4. Conducting legal monitoring and analyzing impacts for the company.

As a Social Law Lawyer, you bring expertise in managing employment relations in France and internationally, offering advice and solutions in a complex environment while fostering good social dialogue.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Higher education and at least 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Proficiency in social law (employment relations, staff representative bodies);
  • Familiarity with office tools;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attentive listening, analytical, synthesis, and writing abilities;
  • Team spirit and collaboration skills;
  • Fluency in English at B2 level.
