Salt is working with a globally recognised brand, seeking bilingual (English and Thai) and capable Social Listening / Insight Analysts for a minimum of 12-months.
As a Social Listening Analyst, you’ll work within the wider team helping to unlock key insights to drive growth, and present your actionable recommendations to key stakeholders directly.

You will:
Work closely with the wider insights team to translate internal briefs into analytical projects, and conduct analysis using a range of in-house tools to derive actionable insights.
Work across a range of digital touchpoints, including social listening/analytics.
Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform brand and marketing strategy, digital marketing content, communications, and new product development.
Build and test queries on in-house tools, and create well-crafted visualisations, primarily in PowerPoint.
You will need:
To be able to speak English and Thai proficiently.
Experience working in digital insights, with strong experience in social listening.
Exposure to a range of tools, including Google Analytics and Brandwatch.
