As SMS Global Transformation Leader, your role is to lead specific performance initiatives at site by selecting the most appropriate deployment modality (e.g., booster, SMS 2.0, digital) and designing/executing accordingly. You act as a catalyst of change, supporting sites in "making improvement happen," and ultimately delivering measurable and lasting performance impact. Your main responsibility is to lead SMS2.0 and booster transformations across our industrial network sites of all three Manufacturing and Supply GBUs. You will orchestrate deployments and drive associated performance transformations to maximize impact.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a booster transformation leader and SMS2.0 transformation leader for specific sites and ecosystems.
  • Ensure booster-related change stories are aligned with site’s CBNs and well-communicated across all levels.
  • Lead the diagnostic, design, and implementation of boosters, anticipating risks and opportunities, and coaching local teams to ensure sustainability, value capture, and scalability.
  • Monitor progress versus plan, remove roadblocks, and challenge the local transformation team to achieve full potential.
  • Guide site teams in deploying ecosystems/pillars within SMS 2.0, providing input, refining efforts based on feedback, and transferring capabilities through training.
  • Address specific business needs, implement solutions, and ensure post-implementation codification.
  • Support sites in deploying digital solutions to address business needs, promoting adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of standards, playbooks, and digital applications, providing detailed action plans and expert input.
  • Coach and mentor teams to reinforce change management capabilities.
About you
Experience:
  • Significant experience in Industrial Operations and Change Management methodologies, with good exposure to digital/Factory 4.0 solutions and Manufacturing Systems.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Soft skills:
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, influencing skills, and ability to inspire trust.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • People management skills: develop, coach, and provide structured feedback.
  • High autonomy, agility, risk management, and proactive issue anticipation.
Technical skills:
  • Knowledge of Lean methodology and industrial business processes.
  • Basic financial analysis and management accounting skills.
Education:
  • Master’s degree (Engineering/Pharmaceutical studies) or equivalent.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English and French.
