  • Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes

What you will do at Signaturit

As part of our continued growth, we're creating a brand-new position for an SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) Sales Team Lead,a unique opportunity to shape, lead, and scale our outbound sales strategy for this key customer segment.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this role combines both people management and hands-on sales execution. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys developing talent while staying close to the field, driving both individual and collective impact.

What we believe should contribute to your success in this context

Team Management & Performance

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of junior sales reps to hit individual and team targets
  • Monitor KPIs (net revenue, pipeline, conversions, etc.) and drive performance improvement
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings to build skills and motivation
  • Act as the main link with the Head of Sales and collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Finance

Sales Operations & Process Excellence

  • Ensure effective use of Salesforce and sales enablement tools (sequences, dashboards...)
  • Apply and promote the MEDDIC methodology to qualify and advance opportunities
  • Improve prospecting techniques, scripts, and outreach workflows
  • Support scalable and structured sales processes in a fast-paced environment

Individual Contribution

  • Manage and grow a client portfolio (upsell, cross-sell, renewals)
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the SMB (Small and Medium Businesses) segment
  • Contribute to sales strategy and segmentation initiatives

Technical Skills

  • 10+ years in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech-driven environment10
  • Previous experience managing or coaching a sales team
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and outbound prospecting techniques
  • Familiarity with the MEDDIC methodology is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative, value-based sales approach
