Description:

Summary: Monitors assigned areas, verifies jackpots, machine tilts, distribution of promotional tickets. Ensures the casino floor maintains a clean, orderly, and welcoming appearance always.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Delivers prompt slot service including processing hand pay transactions, fixing routine slot machine issues like ticket jams bill acceptor errors, touch screen issues, and adding tickets to machines.
• Assist slot technicians by maintaining slot machines and helping EVS ensure that chairs are pushed in and machines are clean.
• Maintain a working knowledge of players club in order to effectively explain to guests
• Maintain a working knowledge of special events and promotions on property, in order to advise guests.
• Assist with casino promotions and tournaments, if needed.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills with experience working in team environment
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service
• Must have the ability to operate computer equipment including a calculator
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
