Full House Resorts, Inc. is hiring for Floor Attendant (Slots) on a part-time and full-time basis at our Cripple Creek location. Responsibilities include operating slot equipment, cash handling, and assisting guests on the casino floor. Requires gaming experience and knowledge of regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with casino floor operations and slot machines.
• Ability to receive, secure, count, reconcile and distribute large sums of money.
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and rules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to engage guests and create a fun environment.
• Graduation from gaming school or equivalent is preferred.
• One year or more of gaming experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure proper operation of slot equipment on the casino floor.
• Monitor the floor and assist guests with minor machine issues.
• Clear TITO jams and replace tapes as needed.
• Provide currency for operating slots and other gaming activities.
• Handle jackpot payments after approvals.
• Receive, secure, count, reconcile and distribute cash accurately.
• Complete required forms for slot jackpots and fills.
• Maintain good customer service and report issues.
• Maintain compliance with gaming laws and internal procedures.
• Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
