Job summary

Bronco Billy's Casino is seeking a Floor Attendant (Slots) to operate and monitor slot machines on the casino floor. You will assist guests with machine issues, payouts, and TITO handling, while ensuring accurate cash handling and adherence to procedures.

The role requires knowledge of gaming rules, one year of related experience, and the ability to work a mix of part-time and full-time shifts. Employment benefits and on-site work are provided.

Qualifications

• Gaming operations knowledge required.
• Experience receiving, securing, counting and distributing money.
• Slot machine knowledge and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor slot machines on the casino floor.
• Assist guests with machine issues and payouts.
• Clear jams and manage Ticket In Ticket Out (TITO) operations.
• Provide currency for machine play and other gaming activities.
• Process jackpot payments with required approvals.
• Count, secure and distribute cash accurately at shifts' start/end.
• Complete required forms for jackpots and fills; follow procedures.
• Maintain professional customer service and guest relations.
• Explain rules and verify winnings as needed.
• Follow gaming laws and internal controls; maintain reliable attendance.
