Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in hotel/front desk roles, 1+ year supervisory experience, a valid Colorado gaming license, and a clean driving record. Salary is $60,000–$65,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits program.

• Demonstrated knowledge of hotel operations and gaming rules and regulations.
• Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops staff in hiring, training, scheduling, rewarding and disciplining.
• Develops staff to meet performance expectations and maintains positive relations.
• Trains staff in use of computerized reservation system.
• Ensures quality of hotel services and guest comfort.
• Maintains working relationships and provides information on hotel offerings to guests and employees.
• Manages department schedules and timecards.
