We are committed to fostering a high-performance culture that empowers our employees to reach their full potential. We are embarking on a transformative journey to revamp our performance management process, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced colleague to lead this strategic initiative and drive change across AXA.
Who we are
Within the Group HR function, a 3-year program has just been launched with the objective to upgrade our HR systems across entities, especially targeting the areas of talent attraction and mobility, learning, performance, executive management, and HR data. This business transformation program will be led from Group HR but conducted in a co-design manner with the 45 AXA entities. This HRIS Program is known as the Recently the HR Leadership Team has agreed to start a Proof of Concept to experience a solution for Skills/talent management in order to evaluate and define the requirements for AXA.
Within our team, you will be the Lead for the Proof of Concept project responsible for the overall running of the PoC with 4 entities, the evaluation of the outcomes, and the definition of the next steps.
