Skiworld Ltd is seeking a Chalet Manager to lead our seasonal resort operations in a high‑standard hospitality environment. You will oversee chalet staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive training and service excellence throughout the season.

You will coordinate with owners, manage stock, and uphold top chalet standards from mid‑November through end of April, delivering a memorable Skiworld experience in a stunning alpine setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of running chalets with high standards of service.
• Experience in food handling and a passion for cooking.
• Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to motivate others.
• Ability to work on own initiative and solve problems.
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Support chalet staff and coordinate daily operations.
• Handle guest queries and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee training and service delivery from start to finish.
• Maintain relationships with property owners.
• Coordinate stock orders and chalet supplies.
• Uphold high chalet standards at all times.
