Ski Famille Limited in France is seeking a Chalet Manager to lead the chalet team within our resort operations. You will report to the Resort Manager and be responsible for staff motivation, stock control, hygiene, and delivering our hospitality standards across chalats.

With experience in high end hospitality and a proactive, energetic approach, you will work closely with the Kitchen team, guests, and UK colleagues to ensure seamless service throughout the season (November to April).

Qualifications

• Experience in high end hospitality delivery with attention to detail.
• Basic French language skills preferred.
• Full clean driving licence held 2+ years.
• Availability for the whole season (Nov–Apr).
• Clear Basic DBS check required on onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Motivate and oversee chalet team and provide pastoral care.
• Place weekly food, chalet supplies, linen, and wine orders with Chef.
• Ensure food standards and delivery meet company menus.
• Maintain a welcoming family-friendly environment.
• Develop relations with suppliers and ski schools.
• Manage staff hours and training in situ.
• Ensure resort operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
