Skiworld Ltd is seeking a proactive maintenance operative to service chalets and resort properties across the ski season. You will handle proactive and reactive maintenance, daily repairs, sourcing materials locally, and coordinating with managers and contractors to keep every chalet in top condition.

You must have trade or building maintenance experience, a clean driving license for 3+ years, strong attention to detail, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a trade or building maintenance role.
• Clean driving license for 3 full years or more.
• Attention to detail with high finishing standards.
• Able to work on own initiative and solve problems.
• Strong communication skills.
• Adaptability and resilience under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Maintain chalets and resort properties throughout the ski season.
• Perform daily repairs and basic maintenance tasks.
• Source materials locally for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with managers and contractors to schedule work.
• Carry out detailed chalet checks and safety checks.
• Assist with snow clearing, guest transfer days and guest movements.
• Chalet supply runs and resort vehicle upkeep.
• Support end-of-season closedown and cross-resort coverage as needed.
