We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that all on-site activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan. SITE SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred

Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position as a Site Supervisor, with luxury villa construction is a plus

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and safety standards

Proven ability to lead and manage site teams effectively

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to interpret construction drawings and ensure compliance with specifications

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Good coordination with project teams, subcontractors and site workers

Good communication skill & able to communicate in Indonesia and English

Willing to work flexible hours to suit project requirements

Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu)

Bali domicile is preferred
