We work on a diverse range of development projects that prioritize comfort, functionality, and long-term value. With an expanding presence in areas like Canggu and Bingin, we’re growing rapidly and so are the roles within our team.

Position Overview

As Head Site Supervisor, you will take on a key leadership role in overseeing daily on-site operations across multiple projects. Starting with direct involvement in current developments, this role is designed to grow shifting, from managing one site to supervising several projects under the JustEnjoy.Bali umbrella.

Key Responsibilities:

· Quality Control: make sure construction activities meet the required standards and align with project detail drawing.

· Material Oversight: Supervise / support the sourcing, delivery, and efficient use of building materials.

· Timeline Monitoring: Track project schedules, anticipate delays, and implement solutions to keep everything on time.

· Budget Management: Monitor project expenses closely, ensure cost-efficiency, and proactively keep the project within the allocated budget.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between contractors, site workers, and JustEnjoy.Bali internal team.

· Proactive Problem Solving: Address issues early during the design or build phase to avoid disruptions. Establish consecutive communication with project owners (Ben, Margaux, Johannes)

· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of site progress, decisions, and incidents; provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

· Team & Progress Meetings: Lead regular on-site meetings to review progress, updates, resolve concerns, and maintain alignment with overall goals.

· BoQ Optimization: Support the planning and review of Bills of Quantities to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure accuracy in material take-offs.

· Site Plotting: Assist in land plotting and layout planning to optimize site usage and prepare for construction.

· Contractor Sourcing: Leverage existing industry network to identify, evaluate, and recommend qualified contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

· Experience: At least 3 years in a site supervisory role.

· Technical Know-How: Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and industry standards.

· Language Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.

· Leadership Mindset: A proactive, organized, and solutions-driven approach with the ability to manage growing responsibilities.

· Mobility: Willingness to travel between project sites (Canggu and Bingin)
