Site Reliability Engineer - Identity and Access Management

What You'll Do:

Our mission is to provide developers with tools (SDKs, APIs) for creating secure, high-performance applications. We support authentication and SSO services for over 40,000 servers and 50,000 users. Your role involves managing customer identities across Criteo's product portfolio and ensuring our infrastructure is scalable and resilient.

Our systems are built on modern platforms including Python, Java, C#, Scala, and AngularJS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop corporate web services and Identity and Access Management solutions.

• Support internal users regarding our services.

• Propose improvements in technical and business logic.

• Participate in knowledge sharing activities.

• Develop new features related to identity management, such as Identity Federation or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

• Maintain services (API + UI) for user, service account, and group management.

Who You Are:

Role Requirements:

• At least 3 years of software development experience with Java, C#, Scala, AngularJS, and Python.

• Experience in backend web development, APIs, and client-side technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).

• Knowledge of Linux, network protocols, relational databases, and CI/CD tools.

• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, OAuth 2.0, JWT, Active Directory, LDAP, with interest in SSO, MFA, RBAC.

• Experience with microservices, cloud deployments, automation frameworks like Chef or Kubernetes, and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in developing authentication services and maintaining microservices or libraries.

• Familiarity with large-scale cloud or hybrid deployments.

• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Chef or Kubernetes.

• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.
