Job summary

Hitachi Energy France recherche un Site Quality Engineer pour déployer les processus qualité sur site et assurer la conformité sur les projets. Vous dirigerez les inspections et le contrôle qualité tout au long des phases civiles, mécaniques, électriques et de mise en service.

Avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience en qualité chantier ou EPC, vous maîtrisez ISO 9001 et vous communiquez efficacement en français et en anglais. Mobilité requise pour des missions en France et à l’international.

  • Diplôme en ingénierie, qualité ou domaine technique associé.
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience en qualité chantier, qualité opérationnelle ou projets EPC.
  • Bonne connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualité et de la norme ISO 9001.
  • Expérience dans les secteurs de l’énergie, des infrastructures ou de l’industrie lourde.

  • Participer aux audits internes et fournisseurs et promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue.

ENGLISH VERSION:

This role is based at our Caen (Normandie) site and requires an onsite presence 5 days per week. The Opportunity Join Hitachi Energy and play a key role in delivering strategic HVDC projects across France and internationally.

How You'll Make an Impact

Lead the deployment and execution of site quality processes and tools, ensuring compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements.

Train and support site teams and contractors on quality standards and quality management systems.

Oversee inspections, testing, and quality control activities during civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning phases.

Manage non-conformities, deviations, punch lists, and corrective action plans through to closure.

Provide clear visibility of project quality performance through KPIs and stakeholder reporting.

Support internal and supplier audits while promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Work closely with project teams, contractors, and customers to ensure safe, compliant, and successful project delivery.

Your Background

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site quality, operational quality, or EPC project environments.

Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 standards.

Experience within the energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Fluency in French and English.

Willingness to relocate for long‑term assignments in France and internationally.
