About Construction Division :

The Construction Division focuses on transforming designs, mockups, and blueprints into productive complex structures. It encompasses roles related to Site Operations, Subcontracting, and Commissioning.

About the Job :

  • Issue material management procedures
  • Receive, administer, and file shipping documents and material certificates
  • Coordinate unloading at ports and inland transportation as needed
  • Manage all customs activities to ensure proper and timely delivery to the site
  • Supervise the checking of goods received for quantity and quality
  • Oversee material storage and preservation
  • Issue OSDs and transport insurance claim notifications
  • Coordinate with the Field Engineering Manager to address missing materials (substitution, replacement, upgrading of specifications) before purchasing decisions
  • Perform periodic material inventories
  • Manage selling or surplus materials upon work completion

About You :

  • Technical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience on construction sites and in home-office construction
  • Deep understanding of construction processes
  • Proven management and leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influential skills
  • Fluency in English
