Voi Technology recherche un Site Manager pour piloter son site opérationnel de Paris. Vous dirigerez les équipes locales, superviserez les opérations terrain et en entrepôt, et assurerez la performance opérationnelle tout en garantissant sécurité et qualité pour une expérience utilisateur optimale.

Le candidat idéal possède au moins 3 ans d’expérience managériale dans la logistique ou les opérations, maîtrise les KPI et le pilotage budgétaire, et parle couramment le français et l’anglais.

• Expérience ≥3 ans en management d’équipes dans les secteurs de la logistique, des opérations, de la production ou d’un environnement similaire.
• Présence sur le terrain et accompagnement des équipes au quotidien.

Nous recherchons actuellement un Site Manager pour piloter notre site opérationnel de Paris. Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des opérations terrain et entrepôt, du management des équipes ainsi que de la performance opérationnelle du site. Votre objectif : garantir une exploitation efficace, sûre et de qualité afin d’offrir la meilleure expérience possible à nos utilisateurs.

Vos missions

• Manager, accompagner et développer une équipe opérationnelle engagée et performante.
• Superviser les opérations quotidiennes sur le terrain et en entrepôt afin d’assurer leur bon déroulement.
• Piloter les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et mettre en place des plans d’amélioration continue.
• Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs opérationnels, qualitatifs et budgétaires du site.
• Participer au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des collaborateurs.
• Optimiser la planification des ressources humaines en fonction de l’activité.
• Maximiser la disponibilité de notre flotte en garantissant une maintenance efficace des véhicules.
• Veiller au bon fonctionnement des infrastructures, des équipements et des véhicules d’exploitation.
• Garantir le respect des règles de santé, sécurité et prévention des risques.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes locales et internationales afin d’améliorer continuellement nos opérations.

Votre profil

• Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience en management d’équipes dans les secteurs de la logistique, des opérations, de la production ou d’un environnement similaire.
• Vous aimez être présent sur le terrain et accompagner vos équipes au quotidien.
• Vous êtes à l’aise avec le pilotage de KPI, la gestion budgétaire et l’amélioration continue.
• Vous faites preuve d’autonomie, d’organisation et d’un fort esprit d’initiative.
• Vous possédez d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et savez fédérer autour d’objectifs communs.
• Vous parlez couramment français et anglais.
• Vous êtes prêt(e) à passer la majeure partie de votre temps sur le site opérationnel.

The Fleet Manager is responsible for the day-to-day in-field and warehouse operations for Paris. You will also be responsible for the fleet of vehicles and the facilities required to run the local operations, both on the streets and in the warehouses. Are you ready to join the Voiage?

THE VOIAGE

• Set up and continuously improve operational workflows by applying best practices while localising and contributing new improvements to the wider fleet management community
• Responsible for smoothly running operations, including field logistics, repair operations and facility management - both in daily operations and negotiations with landlords.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous monitoring of KPIs and taking immediate action where necessary to improve performance, together with your team
• Own the delivery of defined targets for the operation in your city or region, including budget goals around the costs of operating
• Recruit, onboard and engage required roles to keep the business running all year round
• Be planful and creative with workforce and facilities capacity planning to achieve the lowest cost of operating possible
• Make the most out of every vehicle - through your local fleet team, keep all of our vehicles on the street available for our users as many hours of the day as possible
• Foster a collaborative and friendly working environment while driving best-in‑class performance
• Ensure a safe work environment, ensuring that our operational vehicles, facilities, and personnel adhere to set Health & Safety guidelines and policies

What You’ll Need To Embark

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, production or similar
• Experience managing a large team of people
• Understanding of business management, financial principles and MS Office, G‑Suite
• You are fluent in French and English
• Excellent communication skills and experience interacting with senior stakeholders
• Problem solving skills
• Able to work and structure your work independently with little management oversight
• You are able to be on the warehouse site up to 90% of your time and travel to the markets/warehouses which you are responsible for when needed
