SITE ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN - WINDING

Missions

The Support Technician is responsible for following up and managing winded vessels in response to new product developments, under the supervision of the Workshop Manager.

The Support Technician operates the winding machine in the workshop to secure the winding of composite pressure vessels as planned by engineers.

Activities

• Drawing up and checking production report forms (order completion, registration of discards, etc.).
• Following up on proposed project plans.
• Controlling the production orders carried out by the technician.
• Ensuring compliance with instructions and procedures for the machine.
• Developing professional skills and good working habits.
• Recording and reporting deviations within production.
• Managing production identification (prototypes, 0-series, semi-finished, and finished products/containers).
• Performing first-level maintenance and repairs on the machine.
• Registering maintenance activities and troubleshooting efforts.
• Operating according to procedures and instructions outlined in ISO 9001, ECE R110, R79, and R134 standards.
