Helsing is seeking engineers to advance simulation technology in the defence AI domain. You will help build and evolve a large-scale 3D simulation stack, modelling vehicles, sensors and environments, and ensuring robust integration with distributed components.

You will translate domain requirements into reusable, high-fidelity simulation models, collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, scalable software and validation tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building real simulations well beyond toy projects.
• Advancing simulation platforms with game-engine style tooling and profiling.
• Ability to translate domain requirements into robust simulation models.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain simulation platform internals, including architecture, replication, and interfaces used by other systems.
• Compose simulated platforms from sensor, communication, situational awareness, effector, and control-loop models, and reason about physics like flight dynamics and collision.
• Balance fidelity, throughput, and cost; validate results with experts and tests.
• Integrate 3D models, animations, and effects from Content Engineers into the simulation.
• Investigate simulation bugs to bridge to reference models.
