Qualifications

• Expérience en hospitalité ou rôle similaire au contact de la clientèle.
• Fluent en français, conversation anglo-anglais; connaissances d'autres langues appréciées.
• Flexible sur les jours et heures de travail.

Zoku provides a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for a few days to a few months. We are a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work, and socialize, while connecting residents to the local scene. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sidekick (bartender/waiter/receptionist), you'll be the go-to person, connector, and problem solver for our residents. Each day brings new adventures, whether showcasing your barista talents at our Kindred Spirits rooftop bar or sharing your favorite dish in our Living Kitchen. You will thrive on sharing advice, caring for people, and creating a welcoming environment, leaving a lasting impression wherever you go.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reception: Welcome and inform residents with a bright smile, offering the best advice on enjoying our beautiful city.
• Master of the Bar: Prepare and serve drinks as a barista and beer expert, acting as a social connector among residents, guests, and members.
• Community Building: Welcome members and residents, assist with preparing and furnishing common areas, and provide outstanding service to ensure an exceptional experience.

Must-Haves:

• Experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.

• EU resident or valid work and residence permit for France.
• Fully flexible with working days and hours.
