Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Showroom Manager will oversee the opening and daily operations of our new Paris Showroom. This involves establishing new processes for efficient operation and collaborating with HQ to support global initiatives.

What You'll Do :
Showroom & Sales Support
  • Manage daily showroom operations ensuring brand presentation standards.
  • Plan and host sales campaigns, buyer appointments, and market events.
  • Manage showroom calendar, sample inventory, and client catering and gifting.
  • Support sales team with order processing, buyer communication, and post-market follow-up.
  • Coordinate seasonal installations and activation logistics.
Office & Administrative Operations
  • Manage office supplies, vendor accounts, and facilities.
  • Coordinate with building management, IT, and third-party vendors.
  • Implement office policies, health & safety procedures, and security measures.
  • Serve as point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and inquiries.
  • Manage shipments, freight, and courier logistics.
  • Support HR, Finance, and Creative teams with local administrative needs.
  • Assist with onboarding and maintaining employee records.

  • Experience as a Showroom Manager in the fashion industry.
  • Experience setting up new offices.
  • Preferred experience in fast-paced international environments with complex structures.
  • Knowledge of office administration, systems, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • High personal accountability and a creative mindset for improvement.
