Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Showroom Manager will be responsible for the opening and ongoing management of the daily operations of our brand new Paris Showroom. This role involves setting up new processes and procedures to ensure the showroom is operating efficiently and effectively. The Showroom Manager is also in close contact with our other HQ offices to support on global initiatives and support where needed.

What you'll do:

Showroom & Sales Support

  • Oversee daily operations of the Paris showroom, ensuring presentation aligns with brand identity.
  • Plan, coordinate, and host sales campaigns, buyer appointments, and market events.
  • Manage the showroom calendar, sample inventory, catering, and gifting.
  • Support sales team with order management, buyer communication, and post-market follow-up.
  • Supervise seasonal installations, logistics, and setup for activations.

Office & Administrative Operations

  • Oversee office administration, supplies, vendor accounts, and facility maintenance.
  • Liaise with building management, IT, and third-party service providers.
  • Implement and maintain office policies, health & safety procedures, and security protocols.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, deliveries, and general inquiries.
  • Coordinate shipments, freight, and courier logistics.
  • Support global HR, Finance, and Creative teams with local admin needs.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining accurate records and systems.

  • Demonstrated ability in an Showroom Manager role within the fashion industry
  • Previous experience in setting up a new office
  • Preferred experience in a fast pace, international environment working in a complex matrix
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures, such email scheduling tools
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Highly organized, strong communicator and works well independently
  • High level of personal accountability standards
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
