Join our Shopper Excellence Team as Shopper Excellence Manager to help make this happen. Your role involves supporting the Trade Marketing and Category Management Lead in executing commercial and brand strategies, focusing on enhancing the sell-in to sell-out transformation within the Consumer Healthcare France business unit, which includes brands like Doliprane, Phytoxil, Lysopaine, Novanuit, Dulcolax, and more. Your responsibilities include implementing the future-proof category vision through merchandising, shopper-centric assortment customization, and store strategy.

Main responsibilities

  • Identify growth opportunities in priority categories and define key levers and vision for implementation.
  • Develop a 3-year Category/Shopper Action Plan to drive brand growth.
  • Create and deliver an integrated shopper and consumer experience in stores, enhancing brand visibility.
  • Define priorities, objectives, resources, and stages for in-store initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, science, and finance teams to ensure excellence and ROI.
  • Transform growth plans for priority customers aligned with policies and Revenue Growth Management principles.
  • Coordinate projects like Masterplan and category reviews.
  • Manage budgets with the Trade and Category Management Lead.
  • Promote a shopper-centric culture within the organization.

About you

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in category management, preferably in FMCG or pharma.
  • Good understanding of the French pharma retail and shopper environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Creative with innovative solutions.
  • Consumer/Shopper-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and bilingual in French and English.
  • Interpersonal skills, collaborative, positive attitude.
  • Organized, able to manage expectations and work independently.
