We are looking for a shop launch manager for our Charleville site. The main missions are to prepare and follow the launch of the parts manufactured at the site until transmission to the life-series teams. Coordinate activities for the launch of new products into production, while ensuring product and process compatibility with quality objectives, costs and deadlines assigned to the project and production site. Responsible for the preparation and conduct of operations to launch a new product or product modification for the manufacturing unit, using SPW principles and methodologies for all areas. Responsible for delivering the program on time and within budget. Coordinates launch actors and contributors for production, maintenance, quality and engineering activities. Represents the manufacturing unit towards the Project plateau teams. Activites : Intervenes in the entire business scope: product design and industrial resources (consultation on flow participation in the creation of nomenclatures), job creation and staff engagement (optimisation of jobs, balancing..), organization of production to ensure the increase in cadence, training, management of men through the deployment of some links of SPW (visual management, ..). Integrates the evolution of the industrial master plan with the objectives of the project Ensures that the retex Product, Process, Ergonomics, Workstation, is taken into account. Validates the co-design of the product in the name of manufacturing, ensuring that it is within the contracted cost/quality/time objectives Ensures the escalation and handling of product/process anomalies throughout the project Organizes the online production and training of Life series manufacturing teams. Follows the production of products from pre-series phases until the end of the ramp-up by piloting the return to nominal Plans and leads the transfer of skills, identifies and transmits the specifications of the new product to the series Life Teams.
