Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce brand and food safety standards at our plaza locations. The role involves training new hires, supervising team members, and maintaining smooth operations across opening, day, and closing shifts.

The ideal candidate will have cash handling experience, prior leadership responsibilities, and a friendly, proactive approach when interacting with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen tasks: prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety, and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or problems.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
