Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
2. Train and develop team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service consistently.
3. Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality.
4. Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
6. Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to improve processes and procedures continually.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
2. Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
