Job summary

Autoliv, a global leader in automotive safety, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage production teams, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive performance on the factory floor. The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on supervision, and a focus on continuous improvement within a night-shift environment.

You will coordinate with maintenance, quality and logistics, contribute to Lean initiatives and develop team capabilities while ensuring delivery of targets and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Industrial Production.
• 5+ years of experience managing production teams.
• Professional level of English.
• Willingness to work permanent night shifts on production floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop production teams on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
• Drive production performance and achieve operational targets.
• Coordinate activities with Maintenance, Quality and Logistics teams.
• Contribute to Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Support employee development and skills growth.
