We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a LOT of flavor and helps hold it all together!

What's a day in the life of a Shift Leader?

Our Shift Leaders work directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the tone and morale of the team, provide feedback, and coach team members. They open and close the store with minimal supervision, ensuring food quality, safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment. This role offers growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders. If you enjoy making mornings special for people, we'd love to hear from you.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 or older
Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
Pass background check as required by law
ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain before leadership training completion
Possession or ability to acquire a valid driver’s license (location-dependent)
