Storio Group is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise production operations and guide Cell Leads and operators on the shop floor. You will ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality production while supporting teams and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor staff, monitor performance, and lead improvement projects across production lines, focusing on 5S, training, and daily targets to deliver outstanding products to customers.

Formación

• Proven experience leading and supporting people in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to address daily operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to connect with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor Cell Leads and operators on the shop floor.
• Oversee daily production processes and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Run daily management system meetings with clear goals for each section.
• Identify and implement improvements, including 5S and process enhancements.
• Track production hours, standards and equipment maintenance.
• Support onboarding of new starters and reinforce best practices.
