Description :

Within Service sales Processing team we are now looking for a Senior Service Sales Specialist for Automation – Processing who will have the responsibility of driving and developing the automation portfolio services sales and support the local team for automation activities.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities of the job:

• Drive the sales of automation portfolio services in close cooperation with the Service Account Managers (SAM) and by extension with Service Key Account Managers (SKAM) mainly in liquid processing within the market France & Benelux;

• Identify opportunities, implement Leads & Opportunities in CRM, define customer requirements, prepare price calculation & offers and prepare implementation phases;

• Support the Service sales team of Tetra Pak Processing within the Market France & Benelux for automation topics;

• Be recognised by customers and Tetra Pak Processing colleagues as a key contact for automation sales and service support;

• To provide technical support to customers and colleagues during the sales phase and to give an appropriate handover and prepare the implementation phase with Upgrade team and Automation & Digital team;

• Provide technical automation support to our customers, including visits and remote contacts;

• Seek opportunities and provide support for new automation service products, and the development of the existing portfolio (service agreements, remote Support, 24/7, upgrades, training services).

The position will be based in La Défense (France) and requires 30% of travelling. Home-office is allowed according to company rules.

We believe you have

Qualifications :

Language and Education:

To be a successful candidate you should have recognised Automation or Engineering qualifications and knowledge of automation solutions and process controls. You are fluent both in written and spoken French and English. Dutch will be valued.

Professional Skills and Experience:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in automatization and good knowledge and proven technical understanding of automation platforms (Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Wonderware and others), system design, network infrastructure and automation equipment selection used within the liquid food industry.

You have proven experience in customer management in sales of service activities, and support experience will be considered as a plus.

Personal Qualifications:

As a person, you are a customer-oriented person, responsible for customer needs. You are a well organised and collaborative team player, able to create strong professional relationships at different levels.

You are available to travel and feel comfortable in dynamic situations.

Minimum Education : University bachelors degree or equivalent
