Your Opportunity

Sidel is seeking a Services Project Manager (Execution) who will serve as the local technical Project Manager. The role involves managing and executing non-standard services projects, including packaging, line conversion, molds, and line improvement.

Your Mission

• Understand customer requests and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with all involved product divisions to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Propose additional service products to ensure project success and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Project Execution: Register projects in SAP, initiate with customer and aftersales, set schedules, evaluate technical feasibility and risks, and support supply chain activities.
• Manage project crises, monitor quality, cost, and delivery, and report weekly on progress.
• Coordinate logistics for parts, including packing, consolidation, and shipping.
• Project Installation: Plan resources, coordinate with planning teams, ensure HSE&S compliance, and support onsite activities.
• Project Closure: Conduct root cause analysis, ensure complete invoicing, update databases, hold closing meetings, and follow-up on customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in packaging, Sidel equipment, and services.
• Ability to interpret engineering documents such as operating instructions and drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SAP is a plus.
• Fluency in English; French and Spanish are advantageous.
