Job Description

The services coordinator is responsible for scheduling product-related services for the EMEA ACE - services division. The coordinator works closely with the EMEA Regional Services Managers on incoming region requests. Requests are to be fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring skill requirements and efforts are matched to a resource’s skills, availability, location, and customer needs. Additionally, the Services Coordinator must have a general understanding of Dynatrace Services offerings to ensure goals are achieved.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with flexibility.
  • Self-starter capable of identifying problems and initiating corrective actions independently.
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple conflicting tasks with deadlines.
  • Conflict management skills and the ability to work within organizational structures to seek help when needed.
  • Structured focus with agility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and preferably Spanish.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with in-depth experience.
  • Experience working in an IT services environment.

  • Organize the activities of Delivery Consultants to meet billable utilization goals and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with established business practices.
  • Analyze and plan work schedules to minimize travel distances for the field workforce.
  • Adjust work schedules based on customer demands, priorities, and capacity changes.
  • Monitor weekly time conformance for billing, utilization, and revenue recognition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate with customers and Delivery Managers to accommodate reschedules.
  • Guide the team on modifications to business practices, processes, and procedures.
  • Define and meet workflow and escalation processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
