Job Title: ServiceNow Tester

Experience: 3-5 Years

Location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida

Qualification: From Technical Background

Shift: US Shift (2 pm – 11 pm)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, design, and deliver medium to larger architectures, strategies, and specific solutions through the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality and complex technology projects.
• Work as part of a larger project team, collaborating with business partners and technology teams to ensure that test plans encompass both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and develop the test approach, test plan, and test schedule to effectively validate technology projects on both functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of ServiceNow VRM (Vulnerability Response Management) solutions.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage, including system, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects to resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow testing, with a focus on ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITSM (IT Service Management) testing.
• Technical background and relevant qualifications.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans for complex technology projects.
• Familiarity with VRM (Vulnerability Response Management) implementation is a plus.
• Ability to work in a US Shift (2 pm – 11 pm).
