Contract Opportunity: ServiceNow SAM Pro Expert – Technical Project Lead
Location: Remote (EU-based candidates preferred)

A leading EU-based aviation company is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SAM Pro Expert to join as a Technical Project Lead on a key digital transformation programme. This is a remote opportunity, ideal for an experienced professional with deep SAM Pro knowledge and a strong track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects in regulated environments.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical leadership and delivery of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro). Working across IT, procurement, and compliance teams, you will ensure licensing accuracy, system integration, and alignment with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of ServiceNow SAM Pro across multiple departments.

  • Define architecture, configuration, and integration strategies within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Provide expert guidance on licensing models and ensure audit and compliance readiness.

  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership.

Skillset

  • Demonstrable hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, including configuration and deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.).

  • Proven experience as a technical lead on ServiceNow or ITSM-related projects.

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CMA, CTA, Certified Implementation Specialist – SAM) preferred.

  • Prior experience in aviation, aerospace, or highly regulated industries is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must be EU-based and eligible to work within the EU.
