The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience, particularly with ServiceNow, and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, and risks, ensuring alignment with best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience, 2+ with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Familiar with ServiceNow modules and delivery lifecycle.

ServiceNow Project Manager - 3 months+ - Europe

Seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager to lead delivery of platform implementations and enhancements across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or App Engine. You’ll manage scope, schedule, risk, and manage full project lifecycle for ServiceNow implementations

• You are able to work anywhere in Europe, but preferably Spain, France, Bulgaria.
• English language ok, with local language a bonus

The Role

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, testers)
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
• Lead Agile ceremonies and status reporting
• Ensure delivery aligns with ServiceNow and ITIL best practices

Your Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of project management experience, 2+ with ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• Familiar with ServiceNow modules and delivery lifecycle
• Proficient in Jira, ServiceNow PPM, or similar tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• CSM, SAFe Agilist, or PMP
• ServiceNow Fundamentals or PPM Implementation Specialist
• ITIL Foundation
