ServiceNow Project Manager - Hybrid (Paris)

We’re excited to be partnering with a leading ServiceNow provider in the European market, currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic, high-performing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to play a pivotal role in a company that reported multi-billion-euro revenues last year and continues on a path of strong, sustainable growth. You’ll be at the heart of ServiceNow project delivery, working closely with key stakeholders and acting as the bridge between technical and functional teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints (P&L). Monitor progress, manage project milestones, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead project initiation activities, including kick-off meetings, steering committees, and solution-focused workshops. Ensure alignment between internal teams and customer stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, fostering clear, proactive communication. Build trusted relationships by understanding client expectations, anticipating needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Identify and assess potential project risks. Define and implement mitigation strategies, track action plans diligently, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently to keep projects on course.
  • Manage and guide cross-functional project teams. Promote a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, skill development, and a strong team dynamic.
  • Continuously improve project delivery practices, methodologies, and service management processes by leveraging lessons learned and client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to expand ServiceNow solutions within existing client environments. Collaborate with account and pre-sales teams to position new services that deliver added value.

Details :

  • Ability to be on-site in Paris, 1 / 2 days a week.
