Une société de conseil internationale recherche un Développeur ServiceNow. Vous serez responsable de la conception, du développement et de la personnalisation de solutions sur la plateforme ServiceNow. Ce contrat de 6 à 12 mois est à distance et nécessite une expérience avérée en développement ServiceNow ainsi qu'une solide compréhension des processus ITSM.

Qualifications

• 4+ années d'expérience en développement sur la plateforme ServiceNow.
• Bonne connaissance des processus ITSM et modules.
• Familiarité avec ITIL et meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilités

• Conception et développement d'applications personnalisées sur ServiceNow.
• Création de workflows, règles métiers et scripts client.

ServiceNow Developer - Freelance - 6-12 Months - Remote

Next Ventures are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their clients team.

As the ServiceNow Developer you will design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, ITSM processes, and have the ability to build scalable and efficient solutions.

This role is for a 6-12 month contract + extension working remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and data integrations.
• Customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, REST, and SOAP web services.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions..
• Perform unit testing and support UAT for ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and modules.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
