A leading company in France is seeking a ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect for a 6-month onsite project in Paris. This role is aimed at experienced professionals to design high-quality solutions leveraging ServiceNow's Customer Service Management capabilities. Candidates must have a strong background in architecting solutions and integrating systems to deliver optimal results in a collaborative environment.
We are seeking a ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect for a 6-month onsite project in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting solutions using the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module, including performing fit-gap analysis, understanding the CSM data model and business models (B2B, B2C), and hands-on experience with CSM workspace, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
Responsibilities include designing solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices, customizing applications based on CSM modules, workflows, and UI, as well as integrating ServiceNow with other systems. Knowledge of Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Catalog, Record Producer, and Advanced Work Assignment is required. Exposure to ServiceNow integrations, Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware & Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management is a plus.
EU work permit is required. This position is located in Paris, France, and is suitable for candidates with 10+ years of experience. The role requires onsite presence and is focused on delivering high-quality solutions in a collaborative environment.
