A leading company in service management solutions is seeking an expert in ServiceNow CSM to architect solutions and perform fit-gap analyses tailored to customer needs. Candidates should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow tools and a solid understanding of data models within customer service management. Experience in architecting solutions using ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
Experience in performing fit-gap analysis on customer requirements and OOTB CSM capabilities. Good understanding of CSM Data Model (such as Products, Contracts, Contacts, Accounts, etc.) and Business Model (B2B, B2C, etc.).
Hands-on experience in CSM workspace, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent.
Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog / Record Producer, and leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions. Experience in designing custom applications based on CSM modules, with workflow and UI customizations.
Experience in Advanced Work Assignment and exposure to ServiceNow Integrations.
Knowledge of Custom and Integration Hub. Good to have: experience with ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
