A leading company in technology is seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect for a 6-month project based in Paris. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience and be responsible for designing solutions and leveraging ServiceNow best practices. This onsite position requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and the CSM module to drive effective customer service management solutions.

Position: ServiceNow CSM Technical Architect

Technology: ServiceNow

Location: Paris, France

Duration: 6 Months

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Experience Level: 10+ years

Responsibilities:
  • Architect solutions using ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module
  • Perform fit-gap analysis on customer requirements and OOTB CSM capabilities
  • Understand CSM Data Model (Products, Contracts, Contacts, Accounts, etc.) and Business Model (B2B, B2C, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with CSM workspace, Service Portal, and Virtual Agent
  • Design solutions leveraging Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Catalog, Record Producer, and Virtual Agent
  • Apply ServiceNow best practices in solution design
  • Design custom applications based on CSM modules, workflows, and UI customizations
  • Experience with Advanced Work Assignment and ServiceNow integrations
  • Familiarity with Integration Hub, Sourcing & Procurement, HRSD, CMDB, Hardware & Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management (preferred)
