Responsabilités

  • Implement CSM Modules in ServiceNow for multiple programs.
  • Utilize Now Platform, Service Portal, Next UI Framework, and Integration Hub for implementation.
  • Develop integrations using Web Services like SOAP and REST to connect ServiceNow with existing tools.
  • Build integrations with SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA using Integration HUB spokes and BTP.
  • Work hands-on with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Virtual Agent, Service Catalog, Record Producer, scripts, UI policies, Data policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, workflows, REST and SOAP integrations, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Data Sources.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems through custom development and Integration Hub spokes.
  • Automate workflows, manage document feeds, email notifications, scheduled scripts, and events.
  • Implement access controls using ACLs and Query Business Rules.
  • Design and implement complex processes within ServiceNow using workflows and Flow Designer.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and homepages to display KPIs.
  • Develop client and server-side scripts with components like Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes.
  • Configure alerts via email and SMS to keep users informed.
  • Assess existing ServiceNow implementations, recommend improvements, and plan enhancements.
  • Utilize ServiceNow Automated Test Framework for testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement CSM Modules in ServiceNow for multiple programs.

Requirements Gathering and Process Mapping:

  • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional features.
  • Align business needs with ServiceNow capabilities to optimize CSM processes.

Solution and Architecture Design:

  • Design ServiceNow CSM architecture in collaboration with business and development teams.
  • Define data models, integrations, workflows, and UI experiences.

Implementation:

  • Lead technical implementation of CSM components like Case Management, Entitlements, and Contracts.
  • Ensure implementations meet architectural standards and are delivered on time.
  • Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
  • Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Design performance analytics, reports, and dashboards.
  • Mentor development, BA, and platform teams; create reusable templates and knowledge artifacts.
  • Stay updated with new ServiceNow releases and align with roadmap.
  • Support pre-sales activities with solutioning and effort estimation.
  • Assist with product demos and proof of concepts.
  • Identify opportunities for ServiceNow adoption and advise clients accordingly.
