Qualifications

ServiceNow Business Analyst – IRM / GRC / SecOps (Remote, Europe)

Location: Remote (Europe-based)
Type: Full-time, contract
Contract: 6 months

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Security Operations (SecOps). You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that improve risk, compliance, and security processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into ServiceNow requirements.
• Support the design and delivery of solutions across IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules.
• Document workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business goals.
• Provide ongoing support, testing, and enhancements to delivered solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with focus on ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise in IRM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and security processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow certifications (Business Analyst, CIS – Risk & Compliance or SecOps) preferred.
