A leading company in the manufacturing sector seeks a Freelance ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and deliver innovative solutions. You will be tasked with various responsibilities including solution design, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance across projects. We’re looking for a Freelance ServiceNow Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure best practices, performance, and platform alignment.

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months (with possible extension)

Location : Remote.

Minimum Experience : 5+ years ServiceNow experience with, 3+ years as an Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps
• Lead workshops to gather requirements and define technical strategies
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and compliance
• Oversee partner deliverables and ensure alignment with ServiceNow architecture
• Support ServiceNow integrations, data migration, and CMDB modelling
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and 3rd-line support
• Contribute to platform roadmap, enhancement planning, and release cycles
• Assist with pre-sales, demos, and solution design documentation

Requirements :

• 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Proven delivery in at least two major ServiceNow product lines (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, SAM)
• Strong architectural knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ecosystem
• 3–4 years of Agile / Scrum experience in a services or consulting environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and at least 2 CIS certifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
