The Opportunity

Are you passionate about innovative IT solutions and technological challenges? We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to contribute to a strategic transformation program.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will play a key part in evolving our ServiceNow instance into a DevOps-compliant environment.
  • You will also focus on enhancing our CMDB, ensuring a high level of integration and automation.
  • Your work will simplify and accelerate ITSM processes, boosting the efficiency of our teams and the quality of our services.
  • You have built an ability to understand various functional contexts in the field of IT Service Management and manage ServiceNow Production Platform with a wide perspective and product knowledge.

Who Are We Looking For

  • You spent at least 3 years implementing ServiceNow integrations and administering the platform.
  • ServiceNow Administration: Configuration and maintenance of the platform, managing users, groups, roles, and permissions.
  • ServiceNow Development: Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ITSM Management: Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management) and their implementation.
  • Workflows and Automation: Designing and implementing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • CMDB and Configuration Management: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM , and best practices for managing CI relationships.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Creating reports, KPIs, and dashboards for ITSM process monitoring.
  • ServiceNow Integrations: Experience with third-party integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other connectors.
  • ServiceNow CSM
  • Process Optimization: Ability to analyze and improve ITSM processes by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Agile Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing ServiceNow enhancements and deployments.
  • Documentation and Training: Writing user guides, technical documentation, and conducting training sessions for users and administrators.
  • Certifications: ITIL v4, ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Platform Implementation, ServiceNow IT Service Management (Fundamental / Implementation), ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Hands on, Solution oriented. Self-starter, autonomous, quick learner.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Any previous experience in ServiceNow platform "back to baseline" projects, dealing with reduction of customizations is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Modules: Servicenow ITSM pro, CSDM/CMDB, CSM, ITOM, Integration Hub, DevOps change, Performance Analytics.
