Your mission will be to optimize our client’s wind farms during their lifecycle, ensuring the maximum capacity of the wind turbines.

Responsibilities

You will play a key role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction over the long term. Working in pairs, reporting to the Area Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Carrying out curative maintenance of turbines to optimize performance, following Quality, Safety, and Environment standards.
2. Ensuring smooth operation of turbines and controlling the operation of various turbine components at all intervention stages.
3. Performing preventive maintenance according to current rules or work instructions, including complete refurbishment of turbines, and reporting interventions.

Qualifications

• BTEC Higher National Diploma, BTS/DUT in industrial or electrical/mechanical engineering, certified by BZEE if possible.
• Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work, with knowledge of high voltage.
• Proficiency in technical English (written and spoken) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills, team spirit.
• Strong commitment to safety principles and the ability to work at heights.
